Cruises from Juneau

The weather in Juneau is known for being rainy, but warm afternoons and sunny days are common during certain times of the year. Summer is the busiest travel season, when cruises are in full swing and the weather is pleasant. There is a major festival in April, warm temperatures, and low prices. There can be rain in September, and the downtown crowds are generally smaller. There are fewer visitors, and prices are lower in the winter because of snowy conditions. The warm temperatures and sunny days of March, however, make this the right time to go skiing.
